You may be asking why I redeveloped my website when I already had a functioning one.

To make a long story short, it came down to money! The old website was built with the website builder Wix. This new site is 100% programmed by me and that allowed me to get my hosting at a more economical provider!
Programming this was a pretty big task and I definitely felt like I bit off more than I could chew at times, but I am so happy with how it is looking so far.
Theres still tons of bugs and much for me to work through but It works for now!

A few things I need to fix:

• The content management system is very finnicky and will throw errors more often than it will actually allow me to post.

• The blog home page is supposed to show an image above the title for each blog post preview. This was working but actually stopped right before I decided to publish...

• some polishing needs to be done to the home page to optimize it for mobile devices.

for the time being, I will use this blog for quick update posts. my content management system allows for me to come back and edit posts so I will slowly make a longer post throughout the day by editing in content!

Overall, this was a very cool experience but I am happy to move back to developing in C# in unity!
